- Minors traveling under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility under these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login passwords, and any personal information submitted on ikki.co.in.
3. Bookings, Quotations & Confirmations
All tour quotations provided on our website, over email, or via WhatsApp are subject to availability and currency rate fluctuations until confirmed by receipt of payment:
- Quotations: Quotations do not constitute a confirmed reservation until the required booking advance or full package cost is received.
- Accuracy of Traveler Details: You are strictly responsible for ensuring that all traveler details (full legal names, gender, birth dates, passport numbers, and nationality) accurately match the travelers' valid government-issued passports and photo IDs. IKKI World is not liable for ticket re-issuance fees or denial of boarding arising from erroneous traveler data submitted by the client.
- Confirmation: A booking is deemed confirmed only when an official Booking ID and eVoucher confirmation is transmitted from IKKI World.
4. Pricing, Currency & International Payments (Gateway Compliance)
IKKI World partners with RBI-authorized payment aggregators — PayU Payments Private Limited and Cashfree Payments India Private Limited — to provide secure, seamless checkout experiences for domestic and international travelers:
4.1 Transaction Currency & International Cards
- Billing Currency: Unless explicitly invoiced otherwise, tour prices and payment checkouts are processed in Indian National Rupees (INR) or designated foreign currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, AED) where supported by our multi-currency payment gateway.
- Accepted Payment Modes: We accept International and Domestic Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB), Debit Cards, UPI (Unified Payments Interface), Net Banking, and Bank Wire / SWIFT Transfers.
- Card Issuer Forex & Processing Fees: If you make a payment using a foreign credit/debit card issued outside India, your transaction will be converted into your home currency by your card-issuing bank or card network. Any foreign exchange markup, cross-border transaction fees, or dynamic currency conversion (DCC) spreads levied by your financial institution are solely the cardholder's responsibility.
4.2 Payment Security & PCI-DSS Compliance
IKKI World does not collect, process, or store sensitive credit or debit card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords on its servers. All payments are encrypted using 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and tokenized directly via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (PayU and Cashfree) with mandatory 3D Secure / OTP authentication.
4.3 Taxes & Statutory Levies
- Goods & Services Tax (GST): All package prices are subject to statutory GST as prescribed by the Government of India.
- Tax Collected at Source (TCS) for International Tours: Under Section 206C(1G) of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961, bookings made for overseas tour packages by Indian residents are subject to mandatory TCS at the applicable prevailing rate under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS). Valid PAN details must be furnished for TCS compliance.
5. Payment Schedules & Advance Deposits
Standard payment terms for holiday packages are structured as follows:
- Booking Deposit: A minimum advance token of 25% to 50% of the total package value is required at the time of reservation to secure flights, hotel rooms, and transport.
- Balance Clearance: The remaining balance must be settled in full at least 15 to 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date (or as agreed in customized private departure contracts).
- Last-Minute Reservations: For bookings made within 15 days of departure, 100% full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.
- Failure to Pay: Failure to settle balance dues within the stipulated timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the advance deposit as per our Refund Policy.
6. International Passports, Visas & Travel Insurance
For all domestic and international journeys booked with IKKI World:
- Passport Validity: Every international traveler must possess a valid machine-readable passport with a minimum validity of 6 months beyond the intended date of return, and at least two blank visa pages.
- Visas & Entry Permits: Obtaining the correct tourist visa, transit visa, or e-Visa is the sole responsibility of the traveler. While IKKI World provides visa facilitation guidance and hotel voucher documentation, final visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority.
- Mandatory Travel Insurance: We strongly advise and encourage all travelers (particularly international visitors) to obtain comprehensive international travel insurance covering medical emergencies, overseas hospitalization, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and repatriation.
7. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds
All cancellations, date change requests, and refunds are strictly governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. By booking with IKKI World, you confirm that you have reviewed and consented to the cancellation slabs, non-refundable components, and refund turnaround timelines.
8. Force Majeure & Itinerary Changes
IKKI World and its operating affiliates shall not be deemed in breach of contract or liable for failure or delay in performing travel services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable human control ("Force Majeure Events"):

9. Traveler Responsibilities, Health & Safety
To ensure the safety, comfort, and harmony of all guests during a tour:
- Health & Medical Fitness: Travelers must ensure they are physically and medically fit for the chosen itinerary (especially high-altitude Himalayan treks, desert expeditions, or adventure water sports). Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed prior to booking.
- Adherence to Local Laws: Travelers must comply strictly with the local laws, customs, wildlife regulations, and cultural etiquettes of the visited destination.
